Choose your plan

The Plans page lets you compare myDid's offers and switch to the plan best suited to your community's size and needs.

Why it matters

• Compare in detail the features included in each offer
• Plan ahead for your needs in communities, admin seats, badges, and quests
• Access advanced features (connectors, AI analysis) depending on your plan

Access plans

From the Settings menu, click "Plans". Use the Monthly / Annual toggle at the top right to choose your billing cycle.

Compare the three offers

Three plans are available:

• Basic — €0/month, to start and launch your community (1 community, 1 admin seat, no sub-community, 20 badge creations/month, 60 sends/month, 10 AI generations, 1 quest/month)
• Growth (most popular) — €79/month, for growing communities and multi-admin teams (3 communities, 3 admin seats, no sub-community, unlimited badge creations and sends, 30 AI generations, 3 quests/month, X, LinkedIn, Discord, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, GEO connectors, analysis every 24h)
• Leader — €159/month, for demanding organizations that want advanced capabilities (5 communities, 5 admin seats, 3 sub-communities, unlimited badge creations and sends, 150 AI generations, 5 quests/month, all Growth connectors, analysis every 6h)

Your current plan is marked with the "Current plan" badge, with the "Active plan" button grayed out. To switch offers, click "Choose this plan" on the plan you want.

Explore advanced features

The "Advanced features" table compares in detail the connectors and AI analyses available depending on your plan, including:

• Listening connectors — Web mentions, X, LinkedIn, Discord (number of servers/channels depending on the plan), YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, GEO
• Brand analyzer — analysis frequency (historical view, 24h, or 6h), sentiment, engagement tracking, impact score
• AI recommendations — suggested actions, Human-in-the-loop operation (available on all plans)

Good to know

Some advanced features (connectors, AI analysis) are only available starting with the Growth plan. Human-in-the-loop operation, on the other hand, remains available on all plans, including Basic.
