Delete your account

The Delete option lets you permanently delete your account and all data linked to it.

Why it matters

• Understand the exact scope of this action before triggering it
• Avoid accidental deletion thanks to a double confirmation step
• Know that this operation is irreversible and affects all of your data

Access account deletion

From the Settings menu, click "Delete" at the bottom of the side menu.

Read the warning

The "Delete your account" window opens and reminds you that this action will permanently delete everything linked to your account.

Confirm the deletion

To confirm the deletion, type the word "delete" in the field provided. The "Confirm deletion" button only becomes active once the word is entered correctly.
Click "Cancel" at any time to go back without deleting your account.

Good to know

Before deleting your account, check your current subscription (Subscription page) and export any important data (members, badges, history) you want to keep, as it cannot be recovered after deletion.
