Sign in to myDid Community Studio

Accepted Answer

Go to studio.mydid.com and choose your sign-in method.

Option 1 — Email sign-in (magic link)

Enter your email address and click "Sign in"
You receive an email containing a magic link
Click "Connect Now" in the email
You are signed in directly to the Studio — no password needed

The magic link is valid for 15 minutes and can only be used once. If you did not request this connection, simply ignore the email.

Option 2 — Google sign-in (SSO)

Click "Continue with Google"
Select your Google account
You are redirected straight to the Studio

Option 3 — Sign-in via the myDid app (QR code)

Click "myDid Application" under the "Other options" section
A QR code appears on screen
Open the myDid app on your smartphone
Scan the QR code from the app
You are signed in to the Studio

Option 4 — Sign-in via passkey

Go to studio.mydid.com
Select your account
Authenticate with your fingerprint, Face ID, or device lock
You are taken straight into the Studio — in one gesture, no code required

Community Card API Key

What is this API for?

This API lets you generate unique links to distribute badges to specific users. Each generated link can be customized with an email address and an optional note. It offers:

Email targeting: optionally associate links with specific user emails
Flexible integration: simple REST API with instant link generation

Generating your API key

Go to the API Configuration tab of the Community Card.
Click Generate API key.
Your key is displayed in the Your API key field, with the status Active.
- Use the eye icon to reveal it in plain text.
- Use the copy icon to copy it to your clipboard. ⚠️ Keep your API key secure. Don't share it publicly and don't store it in a code repository.

What happens at the end of the trial?

Add multiple communities (Workspaces)

myDid Community Studio lets you manage multiple brands or projects from a single account, each in an independent workspace. Each workspace corresponds to one community.

Accessing workspace management

Click on your avatar at the bottom left of the Studio to open the account menu. You will see:

Your name and email
Your active plan (e.g. Growth)
The active community and your role (Owner, Admin…) Click "Switch community" to access your list of workspaces.

Choosing or switching workspace

The "Choose a workspace" screen lists all your existing workspaces. For each one:

The brand name and logo
Your role (Owner, Admin…)
The community status and number of active members Click on a workspace to access it directly. You can switch between spaces at any time without logging out.

Adding a new workspace

Click "Add a workspace" at the bottom of the list. The creation form opens: 1 — Your brand

Brand name — the public name used for the first web mentions diagnosis
Main source — choose between:
- Website (recommended) — enter your site URL, the AI prepares the analysis automatically
- Manual description — describe your brand in 3 to 300 characters 2 — Social sources (optional)
X (Twitter) — @handle or profile URL
