X (Twitter) Analysis
The X Analysis section centralizes all performance and engagement data from your X/Twitter account. It analyzes your top content, identifies your most active members, detects community signals, and recommends concrete actions to amplify what is working.
Overview — Key metrics
At the top of the dashboard, several metrics summarize your account's performance over the selected period: total reach, impressions, engagement, overall sentiment, and audience mood score.
The mood score reflects the tone of reactions to your posts. The algorithm semantically analyzes each comment to identify positive, neutral, and negative sentiments, then weights this data based on overall engagement.
Level | Score | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
Excellent | 80–100 | Enthusiastic audience, content resonates strongly |
Good | 60–79 | Majority of feedback is positive or constructive |
Mixed | 45–59 | Contrasting opinions, no clear trend |
Weak | 25–44 | Fragile signal, significant share of negative or mixed feedback |
Critical | 0–24 | Very unfavorable signal, corrective action recommended |
The main chart is adjustable via a dropdown menu: Sentiment analysis, Views, or Interactions.

- Most commented — the post that generated the most comments
- Best sentiment — the post that received the most positive tone
Each card displays key metrics (views, likes, comments, shares) and a "See more" link to access the full post details.

Actionable insights
The AI agent automatically identifies the priority opportunities to act on:
- Active user detected (Member to mobilize) — an engaged user is highlighted with a suggestion to view their profile, reply to them, or invite them into the community
- Conversation to re-engage (Content to leverage) — a piece of content concentrating a high volume of comments is flagged as an opportunity to start a discussion, ask a question, or launch a quest
- Create more visible proof (Opportunity) — public signal deemed insufficient, with an invitation to create a community action to generate comments, feedback, and citable content
