Web Mentions & Sentiment Tracking
The Reputation Intelligence section is your central dashboard for monitoring in real time what is being said about your brand across the web. It centralizes detected mentions, analyzes their tone, and highlights the priority actions to take.
Key metrics
Four metrics are displayed at the top of the dashboard:
- Total mentions — the number of times your brand is mentioned over the selected period, broken down by positive / neutral / negative
- Net sentiment — an overall tone score from –100 to +100. A positive score indicates a predominantly favorable sentiment
- Estimated reach — the potential audience exposed to all mentions across all channels
- Main platform — the channel concentrating the highest volume of mentions, along with its dominant sentiment
Mention volume over time
The chart displays the evolution of mentions over the selected period, color-coded by tone (positive, neutral, negative). It allows you to visually detect activity spikes and moments of tension.
Source breakdown
The Sources block shows each channel's share of the total mention volume. Useful for identifying which platform concentrates most of the conversation around your brand.
Actionable insights
Below the charts, the AI agent automatically identifies mentions that require action, organized into three categories:
- Positive mention to amplify — a favorable mention worth sharing with your community to like, comment on, or reuse as social proof
- Sensitive mention to address — a negative or risky mention to monitor, with a suggestion to share it internally to decide on a response, correction, or report
- Source to follow — an active channel concentrating a significant volume of mentions, identified as a priority monitoring point to add to your watchlist
Latest mentions
The recent mentions feed displays for each result:
- The source and channel (e.g. Media, on variety.com)
- The title and a content excerpt
- The sentiment label: Positive, Neutral, or Negative
- A "View source" link to access the original publication
Performance breakdown by channel
At the bottom of the page, a table summarizes for each monitored channel:
- Total number of mentions
- Sentiment breakdown (% positive / neutral / negative)
- Estimated reach
- Engagement generated
- Trend
Available filters
