Getting Started — Setting Up Your Studio Account

Once signed in to studio.mydid.com, the Studio guides you step by step to configure your brand and run your first e-reputation diagnostic.


Step 1 — Enter your brand details

Two pieces of information are required:

  • Brand name — the public name used to detect your mentions across the web
  • Main source — choose between:
    • Website (recommended) — enter your URL, the AI analyzes your positioning and prepares the analysis automatically
    • Manual description — describe your brand in 3 to 300 characters (useful if your site is protected by an anti-bot system such as Cloudflare)


Step 2 — Add your social sources (optional)

Connect your social accounts to enrich the diagnostic:

  • X / Twitter — enter your @handle or profile URL
  • LinkedIn — enter the URL of your company, school, or showcase page

The Studio displays a preview of the detected account (name, number of followers) for confirmation. You can edit or skip these fields.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and AI Analysis can be added later from the dashboard.


Step 3 — Confirm and launch the diagnostic

A confirmation window summarizes:

  • The main source (website or manual description)
  • The additional sources detected (X/Twitter, LinkedIn)

Review the information, then click "Continue" to launch the diagnostic. You can go back to make changes at any time.


Step 4 — AI initialization in progress

The pipeline starts immediately. You can follow the progress of each source in real time:

  • Web Mentions — scan of public mentions across the web
  • Twitter / X — collection and analysis of posts and replies
  • LinkedIn Corporate — analysis of publications and interactions

A live log displays each processing step (preparation, data collection, AI analysis). Once progress is sufficient, the "Go to Dashboard" button appears — ongoing analyses continue running in the background.


Step 5 — Welcome to your Analysis Hub

Upon arriving on the dashboard, a welcome window invites you on a guided tour: click "Show me the essentials" to discover the key metrics, or "Later" to explore at your own pace.


Confirmation email
You simultaneously receive a welcome email confirming that your account is active, with direct access to your Studio and a reminder of the features included in your 30-day Growth trial.
