🎨 Template creation
Navigate to the left menu and choose the Badge option. Then, click on the Create a template button located in the top right corner. A prompt will appear, requesting you to complete the various fields below:
- Add a
picture
from your computer or select a prefab model from the preset list - Give a
name
to your badge (ex: Perfect coffee maker) - Add a
description
of the badge (ex: Made an excellent coffee in the morning) - Add a
criteria
(ex: Business Barista) - Set a
validity
,Infinite
or with aExpiration date
- Enable or Disable the
timestamp
(that certifies the creation date for the badge)
Wait until the template is being uploaded. A prompt on the mobile app will ask you to Sign
the creation. Click on
Accept
to validate the creation process of the badge.
Badge successfully created
After the transaction is broadcasted, your badge will be officially established. A popup will then appear to confirm the successful creation of the badge.

✏️ Edit a badge
In the badge overview, you have the option to select Edit from the badge menu. It provides managers with the capability to edit all fields of the badge. Please click the Edit button to make any desired modifications to the fields.
Signature request
You will need to use the application for signature validation. Press the Accept button on the mobile app to initiate the broadcasting of the updated information.
Badge successfully updated
Once the transaction is complete, a popup notification will confirm that the badge has been successfully updated.

📧 Share your badge
Managers have the option to distribute certified badges via email using the
Send
button, or they can generate a QR code
through the
Generate custom link
feature. Be aware that creating a personalized link also provides you with a direct URL, which can be shared for the convenient collection of the badge.

The issuer is required to confirm the QR Code generation by authorizing the delegation on the myDid mobile application.
