🎨 Role creation
Navigate to the left menu and choose the Role option. Then, click on the Create a role button located in the top right corner. A prompt will appear, requesting you to complete the various fields below:
- Give a
name
to your role (ex: Angel) - Add a
description
of the role (ex: Owner of this role is an angel) - Add a
criteria
(ex: Be an angel) - A

orDuration

color
for the role (Click on the rounded shape to select one on the color palette) - An
emoji
for the role (Click on the emoji and choose one in the list)
Validate the creation of the role by clicking on the
Create
button. Wait until the role is being uploaded. A prompt on the mobile app will ask you to Sign
the creation. Click on
Accept
to validate the creation process of the role.
Role successfully created
After the transaction is broadcasted, your role will be officially established. A popup will then appear to confirm the successful creation of the role.

✏️ Edit a role
In the role overview, you have the option to select Edit from the role menu. It provides managers with the capability to edit all fields of the role. Please click the Edit button to make any desired modifications to the fields.
Signature request
You will need to use the application for signature validation. Press the Accept button on the mobile app to initiate the broadcasting of the updated information.
Role successfully updated
Once the transaction is complete, a popup notification will confirm that the role has been successfully updated.

📧 Share your role
Managers have the option to distribute roles via email using the Send button, or they can generate a QR Code through the Generate custom link feature. Be aware that creating a personalized link also provides you with a direct URL, which can be shared for the convenient collection of the role.

generation by authorizing the delegation on the myDid mobile application.
