🎨 Create a ticket
Navigate through the left menu and select the Ticket option. Then, click the Create Template button located in the top right corner. A prompt will appear, asking you to fill in the following fields:
- Give the event a
name
. - Add a
description
of the event. - Add a
criteria
. - Set the
Start Date
andEnd Date
. - Select if the event is
Virtual
. - If the event is not virtual, you can then enter the
Location
(Country and City) as well asoptional details
such as Name, Seat, or Section.
Confirm the ticket creation by clicking the Create button. A prompt will appear on the mobile app asking you to Sign the creation. Click Accept to confirm the ticket creation process.
Ticket successfully created
After the transaction is broadcast, your event ticket will be officially established. A popup will then appear to confirm the successful ticket creation.

✏️ Edit a ticket
From the details button of your Ticket, you have the option to Edit the ticket. This gives managers the ability to modify all the badge fields. Click the Edit button to make the desired changes to the fields.
Signature required
You will need to use the app to validate the signature. Press the Accept button on the mobile app to initiate the broadcast of the updated information.
Ticket successfully updated
Once the transaction is completed, a popup notification will confirm that the ticket has been successfully updated.

📧 Share your ticket
Managers have the ability to distribute tickets via email using the Send button, or they can generate a QR Code through the Generate a unique link feature. Please note that generating a unique link also provides you with a direct URL, which can be shared for convenient ticket assignment.
Generate a custom link
The manager is required to confirm the generation of the QR Code
by authorizing the delegation on the myDid mobile app.
If you activated the Name, Seat, or Section during the creation of the ticket, this information will be required when generating a unique link.

✅ Activating verification mode
To activate the verification mode, go to the Community Studio. Access the More button on the created event ticket, then click on Generate Verification . You will receive a QR Code that you can scan with the myDid app to activate the verification mode for the event.
Verification Mode on the app
The user with verification mode will be able to scan the generated QR Codes from the tickets via the myDid app to confirm participants' attendance at the event.
