The Legal page brings together all the legal documents governing your use of myDid: Terms of Service, privacy policy, legal notices, and cookie policy.

Access the Legal section

From the Settings menu, click "Legal". A submenu opens with four sections: Terms of Service, Privacy, Legal Notices, Cookies (as well as the separate Advanced section).

Terms of Service

The Terms of Service section presents the agreement between COMECT SAS (myDid's publisher) and the platform's user. It defines key terms (such as DID, a decentralized identifier) and the rules for using myDid's services.

Privacy policy

The Privacy section explains how myDid collects, uses, and protects your personal data. It details key GDPR definitions: recipient, personal data, data controller, processor, processing, etc.

Legal notices

The Legal Notices section provides the company's legal information and contact details:

• Publisher — COMECT SAS's identity, registered office, and RCS number
• Content — limitation of liability regarding site access and the accuracy of information

Cookie policy

The Cookies section explains the use of cookies and similar technologies on the platform, including the definition of a cookie and the purpose of their use (service improvement, traffic tracking, personalization).

Good to know

These documents are updated by myDid; review them regularly, especially before submitting a public listing request or processing sensitive data.
