LinkedIn Analysis

The LinkedIn Analysis section centralizes all performance and engagement data from your LinkedIn page.

Overview — Key metrics

At the top of the dashboard, the following metrics are displayed for the selected period:

  • Total impressions — total number of times your posts were viewed
  • New followers — followers gained over the period
  • Engagement rate — ratio of interactions to impressions
  • Post shares — number of times your content was shared

The Audience sentiment block displays the overall mood score (0–100) with a positive / neutral / negative breakdown, an automatic interpretation, and the analysis reliability indicator. Click "See how the score is calculated" to access the full details.
The Synchronization block shows the date of the last update, the last post analyzed, and the update frequency (every 24h on the Growth plan).
The main chart is adjustable via a dropdown menu: Sentiment analysis, Likes, or Interactions.

The mood score

The score reflects the tone of reactions to your posts. The algorithm semantically analyzes each comment to identify positive, neutral, and negative sentiments, then weights this data based on overall engagement to generate a real-time audience satisfaction index.
Three methods are combined: AI semantic analysis, engagement weighting, and real-time updates.

Level

Score

Meaning

Excellent

80–100

Enthusiastic audience, content resonates strongly

Good

60–79

Majority of feedback is positive or constructive

Mixed

Contrasting opinions, no clearly favorable or unfavorable trend

Weak

25–44

Fragile signal, significant share of negative or mixed feedback — monitor closely

Critical

0–24

Very unfavorable signal, strong prevalence of negativity — corrective action recommended

Top posts

Four cards highlight the best-performing content:

  • Most engagement — the post that generated the most overall interactions
  • Most liked — the post that received the most likes
  • Most commented — the post that generated the most comments
  • Best sentiment — the post that received the most positive tone

Each card displays key metrics and a "See more" link to access the full post details.

Community insights

This section analyzes the interactions and sentiments of members who engaged with your content:

  • Top interactors — the most engaged users, ranked by score
  • Most positive — members who left the most favorable feedback, with a comment preview
  • Most negative — members who left the most critical feedback
  • Toxic interactions — moderation alerts for inappropriate content detected

Actionable insights

The AI agent automatically identifies three types of opportunities:

  • Active user detected (Member to mobilize) — an engaged member is highlighted with a suggestion to view their profile, reply to them, or invite them into the community
  • Conversation to re-engage (Content to leverage) — a post concentrating a high volume of comments is flagged as an opportunity to start a discussion or launch a quest
  • Positive feedback to transform (Positive proof) — a positive interaction can become a testimonial, social proof, or the starting point for a recommendation quest

Participating members

A table lists all members who interacted during the period, showing for each:

  • Name and LinkedIn profile
  • Score — engagement score
  • Overall sentiment (Positive, Neutral, Negative)
  • Number of interactions
  • Last interaction date

Search for a member by name or filter by type. Click on a member to access their detailed profile.

Member detail

The member profile centralizes all data for an identified interactor:

  • Impact score (0–100) — measure of their influence and overall engagement (Moderate impact, Low impact, High impact)
  • Total interactions — number of interactions over the period
  • Reach (KPI) — estimated potential audience generated by their interactions
  • Engagement score — level of activity on your content
  • Average sentiment — overall tone of their contributions with a confidence indicator
  • Interaction history — chart of daily interaction volume
  • Interaction list — each piece of content posted, with date, sentiment, and impact score
