Manage your sub-communities
Sub-communities let you structure your organization in a pyramidal way: networks, groups, associations, or franchisees can each have their own space, while remaining connected to your main community.
Why it matters
- Structure your organization as a network (franchises, local branches, affiliated associations, etc.)
- Delegate management to local managers without losing the overall view
- Track members, badges, and status for each sub-community at a glance
Access sub-communities
From the left-hand menu, click Sub-communities. The page displays the number of sub-communities created against your plan's quota (e.g., "0/3 sub-community"), along with a table listing each sub-community with: Community, Email, Members, Badges, Created, Status, and Actions.
Add a sub-community
Click "Add a sub-community" to open the invitation form. For each manager to invite, fill in:
- Community name — the name of the sub-community to create
- Email address — the future manager's email
- First name and Last name — the manager's identity
Click "Add another manager" to invite several sub-communities at once. Once the form is complete, click "Send invitations"; each manager receives an invitation email with access instructions to create and manage their own sub-community.
Track invitation status
After sending, the sub-community appears in the table with the status "Pending", awaiting the invited manager's acceptance. The sub-community counter (e.g., "1/3 sub-community") is updated.
Manage an invited sub-community
In the Actions column, two options are available:
- Envelope icon — resend the invitation to the manager
- Delete icon — cancel the invitation or remove the sub-community
Good to know
The number of sub-communities you can create depends on your plan (e.g., 3 sub-communities maximum for the Leader plan). Each sub-community operates as an independent space, managed by its own manager, while remaining connected to your organization.
