Community Card

What is this feature for?

The Community Card lets you create a digital card reflecting your community's identity and share it with your members, whether by email, QR code, or a simple link.
You'll find it under Community Studio > Community.

Customizing your card
  1. On the Community Card page, click Edit visual.
  2. Add or replace your card's image:
    • by dragging and dropping it directly,
    • or by clicking Select a file / Browse gallery.
  3. Write your community's description (this field is required). The number of remaining characters is shown below the field.
  4. Click Save to confirm your changes.

You can download your card at any time by clicking Download from the preview.

Sharing your card

Three options are available under Quick actions:

Send an invitation by email

  1. Click Send an invitation.
  2. Enter one or more email addresses (separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks), or import a CSV file (10 MB max).
  3. Click Send.

Sending limits to keep in mind: 20 emails per send, 20/minute, 60/hour, 150/day.

Generate a QR code
Click Get the QR Code to display a scannable QR code, along with a share link. You can copy the link or download the QR code to use on your materials (posters, badges, social media…).

Generate a link
Click Generate a link to get a share link directly, without going through a QR code.

Tracking your sends

Go to the Send history tab to view:

  • the date of each send,
  • the generated link (copyable with one click),
  • the recipient's email (if the send was targeted),
  • an optional note,
  • the status: Pending (link not yet used) or Completed (card claimed).

The counters at the top of the page — Targeted sends / Pending / Completed — give you a real-time overview.

Going further: API integration

If you'd like to distribute your community cards directly from your own application, an API Configuration tab is available to generate a dedicated API key. (For more details, see our technical documentation.)
