Create a quest

Quests let you challenge your community with tasks and reward the members who complete them.

Why it matters

• Boost engagement by offering challenges to your community
• Reward your members' participation and achievements
• Set time and participant limits to build excitement

Access quest creation

From the left-hand menu, click Quests. If your dashboard is empty, click "Get started", or click directly on "+ Create" at the top right of the page.
Creating a quest takes place in three steps.

Step 1 — Quest information

Enter the quest name (100 characters max) and its description, which will be visible to participants in the information area.
Use the "Style" button to quickly apply a style to your quest from: Quest, Challenge, Mission, or Campaign.
Click "Next" to continue.

Step 2 — Participant limits

Enter the maximum number of participants for this quest.
Click "Next" to continue, or "Back" to edit the previous information.

Step 3 — Quest period

Set the start date and end date of the quest using the calendar.
Click "+ Create" to finalize the quest.

After creation

A "Quest created successfully!" message confirms the creation. Two next steps are suggested:

1. Add challenges to make the quest interactive
2. Publish the quest to make it accessible to your community

Click "Add challenges" to continue right away, or "Later" to come back to it afterward.

Good to know

The number of active quests you can create depends on your plan. Quests already created remain available even if the quota is reached; to create a new one, upgrade to a higher plan.
