Create Your Community

The myDid Studio works in two modes: Analyzer (e-reputation monitoring) and Community (activation and engagement). Creating your community unlocks all engagement features: badges, members, quests, posts, and sub-communities.

How to access the creation flow

Three entry points are available:

• The "Analysis Mode — Create your community to engage your members" banner at the top of the dashboard
• The "Create your community" option in the account menu (avatar at the bottom left)
• The "Create a community" button in the left navigation menu

Step 1 — Launch the creation

Click "Get started". The welcome screen presents what the community will allow you to do: connect with your audience, analyze your brand's performance, and grow your ecosystem with advanced community tools.

Step 2 — Create your community avatar

Choose an image that represents your brand:

1. Click the pencil icon to upload your image
2. Adjust the framing — move and resize the frame to select the visible area
3. Click "Confirm" to validate the crop
4. The avatar appears as a circular preview below your community name
5. Click "Continue" to move to the next step

Step 3 — Prepare your welcome gift

Select the first badge that will automatically be given to your new members when they join the community. Three designs are available:

• Welcome aboard — party hat and confetti
• A welcome gift — gift box
• Nice to meet you — "Hello" badge

Select the badge of your choice and click "Continue".

Step 4 — Choose your welcome message

Select the message that will greet your new members. Three tones are available:

• Professional & Welcoming — "We are delighted to welcome you. Feel free to explore, ask questions, and connect with other members. Your adventure starts now!"
• Casual & Friendly — "Welcome to the team! Here, everyone supports each other. Don't hesitate to jump in, share your ideas, and make yourself at home. We can't wait to get to know you!"
• Inspiring & Motivating — "You are now part of something special. This community is built on collaboration, creativity, and mutual support. Your ideas and contributions matter. Let's grow and succeed together!"

You can also click "Customize your message" to write a fully personalized message (minimum 10 characters).
Click "Continue" to finalize.

Your community is created

Once the steps are completed, the left navigation menu unlocks and gives access to all community features:

• Community — dashboard and overview
• Badges — create and manage your badges
• Members — manage and invite your members
• Publish — post announcements and content
• Quests — create challenges and missions
• Sub-communities — create groups within your community (Leader plan only)
