Create Your Community Card

The community card is the digital identity you give to each member. It is much more than a simple badge — it is a symbol of belonging that they can proudly share on social media.

Why it matters

• Shareable on social media to attract new members organically
• Strengthens brand identity and community cohesion

Accessing the card creation

From your community dashboard, click "Start creating your card". This step is required to finalize your community setup.

Configuring your card

The creation form has two elements:
1 — The card visual
Choose the background image for your card in two ways:

• Select a file — upload your own image from your computer
• Browse the gallery — choose from a curated selection of images organized by category (Color, and other collections). Select the image you want and click "Select"

A live preview of the card is displayed with your logo overlaid. Click the rotation icon to change the image at any time.
2 — The description (required)
Write a description of your community (up to 2,000 characters). This text will appear on the card and introduce your community to your members.

Finalizing the card

Once the visual is chosen and the description filled in, the "+ Create" button becomes active. Click it to create your community card.
Click "Cancel" to go back without saving changes.

Good to know

Your members will receive this card as a welcome gift when they join the community.
