Manage your community members
The Members page brings together your member list and leaderboard, so you can track engagement and grow your community.
Why it matters
- See your members, their points, XP, level, and badges at a glance
- Track engagement through the points or XP leaderboard
- Grow your community by easily inviting new members
Access the member list
From the left-hand menu, click Members. The "Member list" tab displays a table with, for each member: Username, Points, XP, Level, Badges, Joined, Status, and Actions. Use the search bar to find a user, or click "Export" to download the list.
Invite members
Click "Invite your members" (or "Invite members") to open the invitation window. Enter one or more email addresses (separated by commas, spaces, or line breaks), or import a CSV file (up to 10 MB).
Click "Send": a confirmation message, "Invitations sent," appears. Recipients join your community via the link they receive by email.
Take action on a member
In the member list, each row offers two quick actions:
- Send icon — opens the "Send a badge" window to award a badge directly to that member
- Menu (⋮) — gives access to the "Ban" action to remove the member from the community
Send a badge to a member
Click the send icon next to a member to open the "Send a badge" window. The recipient is pre-selected. Choose a badge from the list of available badges (standard badges or role badges): a preview appears on the right. Click "Send" to confirm; a "Badge sent successfully!" message confirms the award.
View the leaderboard
Click the "Leaderboard" tab to display your members' ranking by points or XP:
- Sort by points or Sort by XP — choose the ranking criterion
- Order: descending — reverse the display order
- All time — filter by a custom date range using the From / To fields, or keep the all-time total
- Search a user — find a specific member in the leaderboard
Click "Refresh" to update the results.
Good to know
- The points leaderboard reflects rewards earned through badges, quests, and other gamification actions configured in your community.
- Banning a member restricts their access to the community; double-check before confirming, as this action may be difficult to undo depending on your setup.
