Create a challenge

Challenges make your quests interactive: they define the concrete actions your members must complete to progress and earn points.

Why it matters
  • Make your quests interactive by defining precise actions to complete
  • Connect your community to your social networks (X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn)
  • Collect useful information (email, phone number) or verify badge ownership
  • Reward every action with points to boost participation rates

Access a quest's detail page

From the Quests menu, select a quest to open its "Quest details" page. There you'll find the statistics table (participants, completed, points, duration, status), along with two sections: Challenges and Latest participants.

Add a challenge

In the Challenges section, click "+ Add" to open the "Create a new challenge" window. Choose the type of challenge to add to your quest:

  • X — post a message, follow an account, repost a message, or reply to a post
  • Telegram — join your Telegram community
  • Discord — join your Discord server
  • LinkedIn — engage with your LinkedIn page
  • Email — verify their email address
  • Phone — verify their phone number
  • Badge — own one or more specific badges

Click "Next" to continue the configuration.

Set up a social network challenge (X, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn)

For X challenges, select the exact action to perform: Post a message, Follow an account, Repost a message, or Reply to a post.
For all social networks, a network activation step is required: members must connect their account before they can take part in challenges for that network (authentication requested only once per quest). Set the activation reward (number of points earned upon authentication).

Set up a verification challenge (Email, Phone, Badge)
  • Email verification — participants are asked to provide their email address to complete the challenge, letting you collect it
  • Phone verification — participants are asked to provide their phone number
  • Badge challenge — participants must own one or more specific badges to complete the challenge

Click "Next" to finalize the challenge configuration, or "Back" to return to the previous step.

Manage existing challenges

Each added challenge appears in the list with its number of participants, completions, and points awarded. Use the menu (⋮) next to each challenge to edit or delete it.

Good to know

The Latest participants section lists the members who have joined the quest, along with their ID and participation date — useful for tracking engagement in real time.
